Welcome to Ananimalab web store at www.ananimalab.com.

The owner and operator of this website and of Webstore is Ananimal Ab, P.O.Box 100, 60101 Seinäjoki, Finland, registered under number FI26982874. Ananimal Ab is the seller (later “Seller” or “we”) of the products offered at Ananimalab web store (later “Products”). Ananimalab webstore is located in the address https://www.ananimalab.com, later referred into as “Webstore”.

To contact our customer service, please send an e-mail to info@ananimal.eu or kundenservice@ananimal.eu. Communication with customer service is possible in Finnish, German and English.

1. Delivery

The order will be delivered according to the delivery method chosen by the customer. Estimated delivery time is 14 days, depending on the season and the number of products ordered. Ananimalab's online store delivers only to addresses in Finland and the EU (excluding EU territories that have the status of a third country for VAT purposes).

We aim to deliver the ordered products on time. However, in some situations, we may not be able to deliver the products within the target time. Furthermore, Ananimalab is not responsible for delays or shortages if the delays or shortages are caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure). If, for any reason beyond Ananimalab's control, Ananimalab is unable to deliver the order within thirty (30) days of placing the order, Ananimalab will inform the customer as soon as possible.

The customer must check the delivered package and the ordered products within a reasonable time after the arrival of the delivery and ensure that the delivery contains all the ordered products and that the products are in good condition. If the products are damaged in transit or missing, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing info@ananimalab.eu

If a parcel delivered to the post office is not picked up at all, it will be returned to us. The subscriber is responsible for resending the returned parcel.

2. Order cancellation, returns and refunds

2.1 Refunds and credits under distance selling rules

Ananimalab products are always made to measure according to the customer's choice (dimensions, colours). Made-to-measure, custom-made products are not subject to exchange or refund. However, a possible return can be agreed with the customer on a case-by-case basis. The customer should contact our customer service by sending an email to info@ananimalab.eu. Please provide the customer service with your order number, the date of the order, the products to be returned and the reason for the return.

When returning a delivered order, please include your customer number(s) and contact details. Once we have received notification of a product return, we will refund the price of the returned products within fourteen (14) days of sending the cancellation notice. Only unused and saleable products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Delivery charges are not refundable in exchange and return situations.

2.2 Returns for defective products and incorrect deliveries

If the products delivered are damaged during transport or if they are otherwise defective or different from the products you ordered, please contact our customer service by sending an email to info@ananimalab.eu

If the package has been damaged in transit, a claim must be made immediately to the carrier.

It is a good idea to keep the confirmation e-mail sent with your order, as it is also proof of the date of purchase.

Any other terms and conditions of sale which may be based on statutory rights or the laws applicable in the country of order (including but not limited to those relating to quality, fitness for purpose, care and skill) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event that a promotional code has been used in the order, the amount of the refund shall be based on the actual price paid as indicated in the order confirmation.

3. Changes to these terms and severability

Ananimalab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make additions and changes to all or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will take effect on the effective date shown at the top of the Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Ananimalab online store after any change to these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.

Ananimalab also reserves the right, without notice and without liability, to restrict or withdraw access to the Ananimalab Online Store, to remove parts of the Ananimalab Online Store or to restrict access to all or part of certain functions or services of the Ananimalab Online Store.

4. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All content and information displayed on the Ananimalab online store is provided as is. Ananimalab aims to present accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date product information in the Ananimalab online store. However, it is recommended that you carefully read and follow the product information and instructions for use provided with the products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ananimalab makes no warranty as to the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information appearing on or transmitted through the Ananimalab online store. Furthermore, Ananimalab shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions or other defects, delays or lack of accuracy in the information on the Ananimalab online store.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ananimalab makes no warranties or representations, including warranties and representations as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the products, or as to the functionality of the Ananimalab online store or its content.

Ananimalab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, direct or indirect damages or special damages, or damages based on tort (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, contracts, profits, data or business interruption) arising out of any inability to use or access the Ananimalab Online Store or its content or these Terms and Conditions, whether based on contract, infringement or otherwise.

5. Validity

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This shall in no way affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law.

The place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be Seinäjoki. However, if the Customer is a consumer (not a commercial entrepreneur) domiciled outside Finland, the law applicable in the place of habitual residence may determine the place of jurisdiction. The above clauses on applicable law and jurisdiction do not affect the mandatory provisions of the law applicable in the place of habitual residence at the end of the contract.
