Welcome to Ananimalab web store at www.ananimalab.com.

The owner and operator of this website and of Webstore is Ananimal Ab, P.O.Box 100, 60101 Seinäjoki, Finland, registered under number FI26982874. Ananimal Ab is the seller (later “Seller” or “we”) of the products offered at Ananimalab web store (later “Products”). Ananimalab webstore is located in the address https://www.ananimalab.com, later referred into as “Webstore”.

To contact our customer service, please send an e-mail to info@ananimal.eu or kundenservice@ananimal.eu. Communication with customer service is possible in Finnish, German and English.

1. General

By placing an order in the online shop and proceeding to payment, the customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These Terms of Sale, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other terms and information relating to the ordering of products (collectively, the "Terms of Service") apply to all orders and sales transactions involving products sold on the Ananimalab online store under the "Ananimalab" brand name in Finland and the EU.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Every time you order products from us, the terms and conditions in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us.

Any notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications relating to your use of the Webstore will be provided to you electronically.
We shall also have the right, without notice and without liability for compensation, to restrict or withdraw access to Webstore, remove elements from Webstore from use or restrict the use of certain functions and services of Webstore, in whole or in part.

These Terms do not affect your legal rights, which cannot be waived or limited by contract.

2. Orders

You can place an order and buy Products at the Webstore if you satisfy the conditions below:

you are at least 18 years of age.
you are the owner or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card or PayPal account to pay for your purchases; and
you agree to provide your real name and correct and complete address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information.
agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an email with the order number and the products ordered, as well as confirmation of acceptance of the order and receipt of payment. The customer will also receive an e-mail confirmation of dispatch when the products are ready for dispatch.

Ordered products may arrive in more than one shipment. If not all items have arrived, please contact our customer service team by email info@ananimalab.eu

You can cancel your order before receiving the delivery confirmation message by contacting Customer Service at info@ananimalab.eu

To return products after receipt of the delivery confirmation message, please refer to section 6.

Our product range is constantly evolving, Ananimalab does not guarantee the availability of any product advertised in the Online Shop. Ananimalab reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to modify, discontinue or suspend the availability of products.

Ananimalab reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order if any product ordered cannot be delivered due to availability.

3. Registration and termination of registration

When purchasing products from the Online Store, the customer may register and create an Ananimalab customer account (hereinafter also referred to as "My Account"), which is associated with a username and password. Previously registered customers can log in using their username and password. Products can also be purchased from the Ananimalab online store without registering. Personal data provided by the customer when registering will be processed in accordance with Ananimalab's Privacy Policy.

The customer may terminate his/her registration at any time by contacting the customer service department by e-mail at info@ananimal.eu. The customer should mention his/her name and home address in the contact.

Ananimalab reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order if any product ordered cannot be delivered due to availability.

4. Prices and payment

Unless otherwise indicated, the prices displayed in the Online Shop are the full retail prices of the products in force at the time of ordering. The amount of VAT will be displayed after the payment phase on the order confirmation page. Prices do not include the delivery charge, which will be displayed separately before the order is sent. The delivery charge will also appear on the order confirmation email sent to the subscriber. The prices displayed in the online shop only apply to purchases made on www.ananimalab.com. Ananimalab reserves the right to change prices and payment conditions at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Ananimalab reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order if any product ordered cannot be delivered due to availability.

Ananimalab accepts the following payment methods: credit and debit cards accepted by Ananimalab and online payments from banks accepted by Ananimalab. In the context of marketing campaigns, we may also offer promotional codes to customers. A promotional code may entitle you to a product or order-specific discount or free delivery charges. The promotional code can be redeemed by adding the products to the shopping cart and/or proceeding to the checkout. The payment method must be selected at the time of ordering. The payment will be processed before the products can be shipped.

Ananimalab reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order if any product ordered cannot be delivered due to availability.

Svea Payments Oy (business ID 2121703-0) carries out online payment processing in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. No registration or additional fees are required to use the service. Svea Payments Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfers and financial transactions are SSL-secured, meaning that no third party can see your data. Svea Payments Oy will appear as the payee. Full ownership of the products remains with Ananimalab until the products are paid in full.

4.1 Payment via your online bank

You can pay for your purchases using the online payment service of banks accepted by Ananimalb. The available online banks are listed in the Online Shop. When the user selects an online bank when placing an order, he is automatically redirected to that bank's online payment service. Online payment requires a user ID issued by the bank. Once the online payment has been accepted by the bank, the user is redirected back to the Online Shop where the order details and order confirmation are displayed. The payment recipient is Svea Payments Ltd, which handles the payment processing for our online shop.

4.2 Paying with the Transfer app

You can pay easily and securely in our online shop using the mobile Transfer apps. Transfer is a completely new way of making online bank payments that crosses banking borders. Transfer payments can be made using Nordea's Transfer app, Pivo and OP-mobile. When paying via mobile, the Transfer app you use will open automatically, when using a browser on a PC, you can enter your phone number in the field provided, after which the payment will be accepted in the Transfer app or in another app selected on the basis of your phone number. The payment will be debited from the bank account stored in the Transfer application.

4.3 Payment by credit or debit card

Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Business Eurocard)

Paying by debit card in our online shop is easy and secure. Card payments in our online shop are handled by Svea Payments Oy in cooperation with Payment Highway and Bambora AB. During the payment transaction, credit card information is always processed in a secure network connection. Card numbers are not stored in the online shop's or Svea Payments Oy's information systems, but are processed by the technical service provider Payment Highway.

4.4 Paypal

Paypal is an internet-based payment system that allows you to pay for your e-commerce orders securely both abroad and at home. The money is transferred to the recipient either from the card linked to the Paypal account or from the balance on the Paypal account. 4.5 Klarna

Klarna allows customers to choose the payment method that suits them best: Online banking; the customer can pay for purchases securely using the online banking IDs of all major banks. In addition, the customer can pay by invoice (14 days interest-free payment period) or choose to pay in installments. 5. Delivery

The order will be delivered according to the delivery method chosen by the customer. Estimated delivery time is 14 days, depending on the season and the number of products ordered. Ananimalab's online store delivers only to addresses in Finland and the EU (excluding EU territories that have the status of a third country for VAT purposes).

We aim to deliver the ordered products on time. However, in some situations, we may not be able to deliver the products within the target time. Furthermore, Ananimalab is not responsible for delays or shortages if the delays or shortages are caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure). If, for any reason beyond Ananimalab's control, Ananimalab is unable to deliver the order within thirty (30) days of placing the order, Ananimalab will inform the customer as soon as possible.

The customer must check the delivered package and the ordered products within a reasonable time after the arrival of the delivery and ensure that the delivery contains all the ordered products and that the products are in good condition. If the products are damaged in transit or missing, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing info@ananimalab.eu

If a parcel delivered to the post office is not picked up at all, it will be returned to us. The subscriber is responsible for resending the returned parcel.

6. Order cancellation, returns and refunds

6.1 Refunds and credits under distance selling rules

Ananimalab products are always made to measure according to the customer's choice (dimensions, colours). Made-to-measure, custom-made products are not subject to exchange or refund. However, a possible return can be agreed with the customer on a case-by-case basis. The customer should contact our customer service by sending an email to info@ananimalab.eu. Please provide the customer service with your order number, the date of the order, the products to be returned and the reason for the return.

When returning a delivered order, please include your customer number(s) and contact details. Once we have received notification of a product return, we will refund the price of the returned products within fourteen (14) days of sending the cancellation notice. Only unused and saleable products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Delivery charges are not refundable in exchange and return situations.

6.2 Returns for defective products and incorrect deliveries

If the products delivered are damaged during transport or if they are otherwise defective or different from the products you ordered, please contact our customer service by sending an email to info@ananimalab.eu

If the package has been damaged in transit, a claim must be made immediately to the carrier.

It is a good idea to keep the confirmation e-mail sent with your order, as it is also proof of the date of purchase.

Any other terms and conditions of sale which may be based on statutory rights or the laws applicable in the country of order (including but not limited to those relating to quality, fitness for purpose, care and skill) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event that a promotional code has been used in the order, the amount of the refund shall be based on the actual price paid as indicated in the order confirmation.

7. Personal data

Placing an order and creating an Ananimalab account requires you to provide personal data to Ananimalab. The use of personal data is governed by Ananimalab's Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms and severability

Ananimalab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make additions and changes to all or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will take effect on the effective date shown at the top of the Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Ananimalab online store after any change to these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.

Ananimalab also reserves the right, without notice and without liability, to restrict or withdraw access to the Ananimalab Online Store, to remove parts of the Ananimalab Online Store or to restrict access to all or part of certain functions or services of the Ananimalab Online Store.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All content and information displayed on the Ananimalab online store is provided as is. Ananimalab aims to present accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date product information in the Ananimalab online store. However, it is recommended that you carefully read and follow the product information and instructions for use provided with the products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ananimalab makes no warranty as to the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information appearing on or transmitted through the Ananimalab online store. Furthermore, Ananimalab shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions or other defects, delays or lack of accuracy in the information on the Ananimalab online store.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ananimalab makes no warranties or representations, including warranties and representations as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the products, or as to the functionality of the Ananimalab online store or its content.

Ananimalab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, direct or indirect damages or special damages, or damages based on tort (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, contracts, profits, data or business interruption) arising out of any inability to use or access the Ananimalab Online Store or its content or these Terms and Conditions, whether based on contract, infringement or otherwise.

10. Validity

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This shall in no way affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law.

The place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be Seinäjoki. However, if the Customer is a consumer (not a commercial entrepreneur) domiciled outside Finland, the law applicable in the place of habitual residence may determine the place of jurisdiction. The above clauses on applicable law and jurisdiction do not affect the mandatory provisions of the law applicable in the place of habitual residence at the end of the contract.
